This Privacy Policy describes how MM Logic Games ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use our games and websites (collectively, the "Services"). We are committed to keeping things simple: we collect as little data as possible and we do not sell your data to anyone.

1. Who we are

MM Logic Games is an indie game studio operated by Miljko Milosavljević, registered in Serbia as MILJKO MILOSAVLJEVIĆ PR OSTALE USLUGE INFORMACIONE TEHNOLOGIJE RIBNICA. You can contact us at miljkom99@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Our games are designed to work without requiring you to provide personal information. We do not ask you to create an account.

We may collect or process the following limited categories of information:

• Gameplay data stored on your device: Progress, level completions, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device (for example, using browser localStorage or device storage). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
• Anonymous analytics: We may collect aggregated, anonymous events such as level starts, level wins, and crash reports to help us improve our games. These events do not include your name, email, or precise location.
• Device and technical information: When you play, we or our third-party providers may automatically receive standard technical information such as device type, operating system, language, app version, and an anonymous device identifier.
• Information you choose to provide: If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve our games and websites.
• Save and restore your in-game progress on your device.
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
• Understand how players use our games in aggregate (for example, which levels are too hard) so we can make better games.
• Show advertising and offer rewarded ads in some of our games (see Section 5).
• Respond to your messages and provide support.

4. Legal basis (for users in the EEA / UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

• Legitimate interests — to operate our games, prevent abuse, and improve our products.
• Consent — for personalized advertising and any non-essential analytics, where required by law. You can withdraw consent at any time in the game settings or your device's privacy controls.
• Contract — to provide the game functionality you have requested.

5. Third-party services

Our games may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies. We do not control these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

• Google AdMob — on our Android games, ads (including rewarded video) are served by Google AdMob, which may use the Advertising ID and other identifiers to deliver and measure ads. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
• Google Analytics for Firebase — we use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage and diagnostic events (such as level starts and completions) to improve our games. See the Firebase Privacy and Security information.
• Google Play Services & Play Games — when distributed on Google Play, certain device identifiers and crash reports may be collected by Google, and Play Games Services may be used for leaderboards. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• CrazyGames — when our games are played on CrazyGames, the CrazyGames SDK is used for analytics, ads, and rewarded video. See the CrazyGames Privacy Policy.
• Hosting — we use providers such as GitHub Pages to host our websites. These providers may receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested).

6. Advertising

Some of our games include advertising. On Android, ads are served by Google AdMob; on the web, by our publishing partner CrazyGames. These partners may use identifiers (such as the Advertising ID on Android) to deliver and measure ads, including rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards.

You can limit ad tracking using your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset / Delete advertising ID.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

7. Children's privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention

Gameplay data stored on your device remains there until you clear it (for example, by uninstalling the app or clearing your browser storage). Anonymous analytics events are retained for as long as needed for product analysis, typically no longer than 24 months. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the issue and meet any legal record-keeping obligations.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, please email miljkom99@gmail.com.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. When we transfer personal information out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (for example, in the game itself).
